Payment Terms:

Payments must be made within the deadlines specified on each invoice. In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied in accordance with Article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code. The rate of these penalties is calculated at three times the legal interest rate in effect. A fixed compensation fee of €40 for collection costs will also be due in the event of late payment, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
